Specific interests include the impact of technology on operational and financial performance and the analytical / quantitative methods necessary to make effective decisions in complex and difficult to measure areas such as technology strategy and product development, logistics and supply chain management, cost analysis / capital budgeting, safety, and quality. Educational research interests include program assessment and curricular effectiveness in building career success skills. |
