Career Information

The BS in Industrial Technology exists to prepare technical and/or technical management-oriented students for employment as professionals in business, industry, education, and government. The program emphasizes:

  • Application of theories, concepts, and principles found in the humanities and behavioral sciences, including a thorough grounding in communication skills.
  • Use of mathematics, science, and technical management fundamentals based on concepts derived from a variety of technical and related disciplines.
  • Completion of a concentration in either Architectural Technology Design, Mechanical Technology Design, Industrial Distribution, Information & Computer Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Supervision.
