ECU Engineering Transfer Program
Growth in the engineering workforce is a critical factor for North Carolina economic development and national global competitiveness. The Department of Engineering at East Carolina University is committed to providing access to an engineering career for students from the community college system, our university partners in the UNC system, and other regional colleges and universities.
This transfer program has been developed to provide pathways to ECU Engineering opportunities. It integrates with the 2+2 AA and AS degree and diploma programs found in North Carolina Community Colleges. In addition, the program also integrates with baccalaureate science and mathematics programs in partner colleges and universities, both private and public.
The transfer brochure and contact information links below provide a starting point for planning your academic courses and the best approach to transfer to ECU .
