Welcome to the Department of Construction Management

For more than three decades, this program has remained a stable foundation for providing our students with the highest levels of education combined with the industrial experience needed to excel in the 21st century.  Our graduates have enjoyed a remarkable 100% employment rate upon leaving ECU, with a good percentage fielding multiple job offers from all over the country.

Our faculty and staff deliver more than 150 years of experience in higher education and business to a program that has grown to become the largest Construction Management program in the Southeastern United States.  As a matter of fact, our program became the first accredited Construction Management program in North Carolina by the American Council of Construction Education (ACCE), and is one of about 40 accredited programs in the country.
