The College of Technology and Computer Science Department has an Advisory Board (AB) which meets twice a year. The Dean in close collaboration with the AB defines the mission and the educational objectives of the College to address the needs of the North Carolina and the nation. Mission

 

The mission of the College of Technology and Computer Science at East Carolina is to serve the citizens of eastern North Carolina, the State of North Carolina, and the nation through three principal mandates:

Provide accessible, high quality, nationally recognized undergraduate and graduate programs of instruction that provide our graduates the professional skills to compete and succeed in the global economy;

Build relationships with businesses, governments, and professional organizations that enhance global competitiveness through technical innovation and contribute to the economic development of eastern North Carolina;
