The College of Technology and Computer Science has four academic departments and offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees:

The ECU College of Technology and Computer Science has experienced a tremendous growth in the past four years, making it one of the largest colleges on campus. The College is a leader in educating a new generation of passionate, proactive, and practical problems solvers who embrace challenges through innovative and practical solutions.

The College also has focused on lifelong learning by offering advanced degree/professional development programs. Some of these programs employ distance education (online) as their primary means of delivery, making the option of continuing education much more accessible to those employed full time or living in areas outside the university's immediate location.
