Global Classroom

 

The Global Classroom (GC) is a state-of-the-art teaching and learning center which supports internet-based and video conferencing for groups up to 100 persons. It can support up to four concurrent groups at one time in a variety of venues. The Global Classroom is designed to host asynchronous and synchronous online activities, both credit and non-credit, and activities that serve the greater ECU/Greenville/Pitt community and the State of North Carolina. It is equipped with more than one million dollars of equipment. Courses from a wide variety of disciplines use the GC in venues ranging from a single ‘guest lecturer’ to an entire course. The Global Classroom is used for live web cast, archived sessions, and video conferencing. The Global Classroom is located in the Science and Technology Building, Rooms 144 A-C. More . . .
